Asure Software, a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Digital Workplace software, has closed three strategic acquisitions and guided for upbeat revenue guidance for 2017.
On Jan. 1, Asure Software closed three strategic acquisitions: Personnel Management Systems, a provider of outsourced HR solutions, Corporate Payroll, a provider of payroll services in Ohio, and Payroll Specialties NW, a provider of payroll services in Oregon.
For the full year of 2017, the company expects revenue to range between $45 million and $47 million. Four analysts on average had predicted $41.6 million, according to Capital IQ data. The company anticipates double-digit organic growth in 2018 and accelerated cash generation.
“With our combined growth and profitability, we continue to make strong progress toward achieving our mid-term goal of surpassing $100 million in revenue,” CEO Pat Goepel said in a statement.
